HISTORY

1999: NZ Crane Hire is formed through the acquisition of Central Cranes Ltd.

2000: NZ Access Hire is formed to provide elevated work platform solutions.

2004: NZ Tower Cranes is formed to provide self-erecting tower crane services.

2005: AMP purchase a majority shareholding in NZ Crane Hire, NZ Access Hire, NZ Tower Cranes and amalgamates the three companies to form NZ Crane Group.

Today NZ Crane Group operates as one of the most successful crane and access equipment service providers in New Zealand.

The Pre-Cast division works in tandem with the Mobile Cranes team to provide unmatched expertise in the placement and erection of precast concrete.

New Zealand Access is a specialist access equipment provider with the latest, world leading, GENIE elevated work platforms designed to help build your business.

The Tower Crane division is the national leader in self-erecting cranes, recently adding larger traditional tower cranes to the fleet giving us the ability to provide better service to our customers and client partners.
